Complimentary Shipping Info

We have the following shipping options:

  • Complimentary Ground Shipping within the United States for all orders over $150
  • Paid 3-Day Shipping with UPS
  • Paid 2-Day Shipping with UPS
  • Paid Next Day Shipping with UPS


Shipping Schedule

  • All orders will be processed in 1-2 days, except for preorder items.
  • Orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday will be processed on next week.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

International Shipping

International paid shipping is available at checkout. All orders with international shipping must pay duties and taxes at the time of delivery.

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy

General Returns

  • Products purchased on freidarothman.com are eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Complimentary returns offered with Redo
  • Orders can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase and will be processed within 7 business days after receipt.
  • Orders purchased without Redo will be subject to paying the return shipping & handling fee.
  • Final Sale items (FR Vault) are excluded from returns, exchanges, and the lifetime warranty.
  • Refunded items must be unworn, sent back in original packaging, and have tags attached.
  • We do not refund original shipping costs paid by the customer.
  • We are not responsible for lost return packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.
  • Refunds can be credited back to the original form of payment or store credit for future purchase.

International Orders

Customers are responsible for both shipping and return shipping costs.

Monogrammed Items

If your order included our special monogrammed packaging, a flat $50 value will be deducted from the original return amount.

Gift With Purchase (GWP)

Returning an order with a GWP? Please include the GWP item. If not returned, its value will be deducted from the refund.

Gift Cards

Gift cards cannot be returned.

Additional

  • FREIDA ROTHMAN reserves the right to deny at our discretion.

Complimentary Return Shipping with Redo

Prepaid return shipment label is automatically generated and emailed to you at no additional cost, only if you purchased Redo before checkout. A shipping and handling fee applies otherwise.

Returns should be sent back in original packaging, unworn, with proof of purchase.


Once we receive back the item and it is checked in we will issue refund in 7-10 business days. Refunds can be credited back to the original form of payment or store credit for future purchase.


We are not responsible for lost return packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.


We do not refund original shipping costs paid by the customer.

Opting out of Redo? You can still return items, but return shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Free Returns with Redo
Redo covers your entire cart—no need to purchase it per item. All returns must follow our return policy guidelines, ensuring items are in new condition, with tags attached. Final-sale items are excluded. Restocking fees may apply.

Last Chance Styles

Last Chance products & FR Vault are final sale and so no returns can be made.

Gift Returns

Refunds can be credited back to the original form of payment or store credit for future purchase.

All gifts with purchase promotions (products, packaging and gift cards) must be returned for a full refund. The value of any item not returned will be deducted from your refund.

If you purchase the same product at a discounted price after checkout, you may only return the discounted item or both the original and discounted items together. The original full-priced item cannot be returned by itself.

Lifetime Warranty

FREIDA ROTHMAN Lifetime Warranty

  • Freida Rothman offers a lifetime warranty for items bought on freidarothman.com, this warranty covers manufacturing defects but excludes wear and tear, improper use, or lost items. Proof of purchase and photos of damage are required. A shipping and handling fee applies for lifetime warranty claims.

Warranty options:

  • If the item is available, a replacement will be sent.
  • If unavailable, freidarothman.com store credit for its value will be issued.

GIFT CARD

Gift Cards & e-Gift Cards

FREIDA ROTHMAN Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise on the FREIDA ROTHMAN website only and not redeemable for cash. FREIDA ROTHMAN is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. This card is non-transferrable and expires according to NY state law.
