Complimentary Shipping Info

We have the following shipping options:

  • Complimentary Ground Shipping within the United States for all orders
  • Paid 3-Day Shipping with UPS
  • Paid 2-Day Shipping with UPS
  • Paid Next Day Shipping with UPS


Shipping Schedule

  • All orders will be processed in 1-2 days, except for preorder items.
  • Orders placed after 1pm EST on Friday will be processed on next week.


All orders over $500 will require signature on delivery.

We do not ship to PO Boxes.

International Shipping

International paid shipping is available at checkout. All orders with international shipping must pay duties and taxes at the time of delivery.

International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return Policy

You have 30 days from the date your order is received to complete your return. Returns are accepted for FreidaRothman.com purchases only. We do not accept returns from wholesale partners or retailers. Prepaid return shipment label is automatically generated and emailed to you at no additional cost. Returns should be sent back in original packaging, unworn, with proof of purchase.


Once we receive back the item and it is checked in we will issue refund in 7-10 business days. Refunds can be credited back to the original form of payment or store credit for future purchase.


Gift cards cannot be returned. International orders are final sale and cannot be returned.


We are not responsible for lost return packages and cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged.


All gifts with purchase promotions (products, packaging and gift cards) must be returned for a full refund. The value of any item not returned will be deducted from your refund.


We do not refund original shipping costs paid by the customer.

Exchanges

You have 30 days from the date your order is received to complete your exchange. Exchanges can be made for items of the same value – select the item you wish to exchange for in the returns portal. You will only be able to exchange a similar style shown automatically in the returns portal.


Once your returned item is checked in, your new exchange item will ship out to the original address on your order.


If you would like to exchange your original item for a different item, please submit a return for the original item and choose store credit as a form of payment. Return the item and use the store credit received to place a new order.

FREIDA ROTHMAN Gift Cards and E-Gift Cards are redeemable for merchandise on the FREIDA ROTHMAN website only and not redeemable for cash. FREIDA ROTHMAN is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged cards or any unauthorized card use. This card is non-transferrable and expires according to NY state law.
